iCAN Best Entrepreneur Award Criteria


This is bestowed on a successful individual from Indian American community who has achieved as an outstanding entrepreneur and leader of the industry.

  • Must be 13 years or older,  and associated with Indian community
  • Must have majority shareholder interest in the  company she/he is claiming to be the Entrepreneur for.
Nomination Criteria:

To be considered for this award nominee must have exceptional Entrepreneur skills and inspire people around them. Nomination must be backed by three or more individuals and must provide verifiable proof through business ownership, revenue, profits, industry standing, etc.

Selection Criteria:

Selection for awardee will depend on the following factors:

  • maximum number of votes
  •  Recognition by industry or trade organizations
  • verified Accomplishments as an Entrepreneur
